Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days, and delivery confirmed by way of reference number. Although every effort will be made to deliver products purchased by customers, we cannot guarantee delivery should the customer input incorrect delivery address(es).
Export Restriction
The offering on this website is available for order and delivery within the borders of South Africa only.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Blue Crane Vineyards (Pty) Ltd t/a Blue Crane is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Blue Crane Vineyards (Pty) Ltd t/a Blue Crane will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee. Blue Crane will not accept returns of any wines and food products if the product has been tampered with, damaged, and/or opened.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Blue Crane Vineyards (Pty) Ltd t/a Blue Crane’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
